All U.S. orders are shipped Priority Mail within five business days. Information on international shipping coming soon.

Expedited Shipping

If you need faster shipping, please email me immediately after purchasing and I will work with you to get your package as quickly as possible. Please note that due to holidays, post office hours, and other circumstances beyond my control, not all requests can be guaranteed. If you've got a special date coming up, please order well in advance to make sure your outfit arrives in time!

Delivery Confirmation and Insurance

Vintage Lucy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. This has only happened once in five years so it's probably not something you'll need to worry about! However, if you would like insurance or delivery confirmation on your order, please contact me immediately after you make your purchase so that I can make arrangements for you. Additional fees apply.

Discreet Packaging

If you require discreet packaging please include a note when ordering or contact me immediately after placing your order to let me know.

Return Policy

Vintage Lucy does not offer refunds. However, if the item you order isn't quite right, please feel free to contact me to arrange for a return for store credit. Please do not send the package back without contacting me first. Thank you!
